Directions
- Pat the shrimp very dry, then toss with the olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne, oregano, and salt. Marinate 15 minutes — no longer, or the garlic burns.
- Heat a grill or grill pan to high until smoking.
- Grill the shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until pink with charred edges, and grill the lemon halves cut-side down alongside.
- Squeeze the charred lemon over everything, shower with parsley, and serve immediately.
